New Developments for Gree Heat Pumps in New Zealand

Gree Electric Appliances and Realcold New Zealand have continued to improve the Gree range of heat pumps on offer to the New Zealand market. To improve the end users comfort and convenience Gree and Realcold have now included Wi-Fi connectivity as standard on all LOMO Models. This allows the customer to remotely connect to their heat pumps through the Gree+ App using a standard 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi connection.

Gree have also added a smaller 2.1/2.7kW model to the range. The new GWH07QC is the perfect size for bedrooms and with NIWA predicting higher than average temperatures for summer, it is just in time to prevent those uncomfortable sticky nights.

With an eye for continuous development, Gree have rolled out a replacement for the mini floor mount console, replacing the more conventional R410a refrigerant with the more environmentally friendly refrigerant R32. The new model, GEH18AA…F, comes with smart features like I-Feel and Wi-Fi as standard along with photo catalytic mini filters for cleaner air. The mini floor mount is a perfect partner for attic style rooms and comes with dual air discharge for better heating.
