The Gree U-Match Series DC Inverter air conditioners fall between residential and central air conditioners. Their capacity scope is wider than residential air conditioners, ranging from 5.0 to 16.0kW. The range of indoor units includes ducted, cassette, and under-ceiling types, all of which utilise the same outdoor unit. As such, they come with many of the same great features.
Each U-Match is powered by Gree’s own energy efficient G10 inverter module and variable speed compressor. Our G10 inverter technology saves energy, reduces outdoor noise, and keeps room temperatures steady.
The Gree U-Match range uses R32 Refrigerant. R32 refrigerant is the better environmental option when compared to R410a. R32 refrigerant has a 68% lower Global Warming Potential (GWP), while boasting superior energy efficiency, a higher refrigeration capacity, and thermal conductivity, meaning that the refrigerant charge is also 30% less than R410a.
Gree 180° Sine-Wave DC speed varying technology offers precise control with continuous operation and accurate temperature stability. By operating over a wider frequency, the compressor is less stressed, providing superior reliability with lower noise levels.
Gree Intelligent defrosting technology enables the unit to correctly judge the frost on its outdoor condenser using a temperature sensor. Defrosting is only performed when needed, for only as long as needed, which reduces energy waste by eliminating unnecessary defrosting.
The Gree U-Match range is capable of fast heating and cooling. Coupled with the iFeel function that enables the unit to check the actual temperature around the occupant, the U-Match range provides superior comfort.
The Gree U-Match air conditioners are designed to operate efficiently over a wide range of temperatures. Cooling can be achieved from -15°C to 52°C, and heating from -15°C to 24°C.
